Terms of Use for Colour Critters

These terms are an agreement between you and Little Paddock Games ("we", "us") for the Colour Critters app. By using the app you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Colour Critters on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you got it from. Please do not copy, sell or reverse engineer the app. The creatures, art, sounds and name belong to us.

Whatever your child makes in the app belongs to you and stays on your device.

Membership

• Colouring needs a membership. There are two plans: monthly ($3.99) and yearly ($29). Prices are in Australian dollars, include GST where it applies, and may differ in other countries. The price shown in the app at the time you join is the price you pay.
• Membership is bought inside the app and paid through your App Store or Google Play account.
• Membership renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your membership at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• If we change the price, the store will tell you beforehand and you can cancel before the change applies.
• If a membership ends, your child's world stays on the device and can still be visited. Colouring new creatures needs an active membership.

Privacy

The app collects no personal information. See the privacy policy.

Changes to the app

We may add, change or remove features. We may stop offering the app; if we do, memberships will not renew.

Our responsibility

We provide the app with due care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for the loss of creations stored on a device that is lost, reset or replaced. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the app or its content. Where you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence terms also apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
